Support

We're a small team and we read every message. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most.

Contact us

Email hello@wons.bt. We usually reply within two working days (Bhutan time). If you have an account, please write from the email address you signed up with.

Report a problem or suggest an idea

The quickest way is from inside the app:

  1. Open Profile › Send Feedback (also under Settings › Support).
  2. Choose Bug, Idea or Content error, and describe what happened and what you expected.
  3. Send. The app adds its version and your phone's system version so we can reproduce the problem. No account is needed.

Spotted something wrong in the guidance? Please use Content error: we check every report against the original source.

Backup and sync

Do I need an account?

No. myBaby works fully on your phone without one. An account adds an automatic backup on our server and keeps your phones in sync.

How do I turn on sync?

Go to Profile › Settings › Account › Sign in to back up and create an account or sign in. From then on, changes sync whenever you're online. The small sync indicator on the home screen shows whether everything is up to date; everything you log while offline is kept safely on your phone and syncs later.

Are mood check-ins synced?

Not unless you choose to. If you want them backed up, open Profile › Settings and switch on Sync mood check-ins under Account.

I signed in on a new phone and don't see my data

Make sure you are online and signed in with the same email address on both phones, then give it a minute. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the address you used.

Backup files and restoring

Without an account, or as an extra copy, you can save everything to a file:

  • Back up: Settings › Your data › Back up data (JSON) saves every profile and log to a file you can keep in your files app, cloud drive or email.
  • Restore: Settings › Your data › Restore from backup loads a myBaby backup file onto this phone, for example after changing phones.
  • Report for your doctor: Profile › Export Report creates a PDF summary to share at an appointment.

Backup files contain your health information. Store and share them with care.

Region and vaccine schedules

Your region decides which vaccine schedule the app follows and which emergency number it offers:

  • Bhutan / WHO: Bhutan's national programme, based on WHO guidance (emergency number 112).
  • United States: the AAP schedule (911).
  • United Kingdom: the NHS schedule (999).

Change it any time in Profile › Edit profile › Region. Schedules change from time to time and your clinic may follow a different plan; your health worker's schedule always comes first.

Deleting your data

  • From this phone: Profile › Delete all data on this device removes the baby profile, every log, reminder and setting from the phone and signs you out. Anything already backed up to your account stays there.
  • Your account: Profile › Settings › Account › Delete account permanently deletes your account and everything backed up to it.
  • Without the app: use the form on Delete your account.

Forgotten your password?

Email hello@wons.bt from the address you signed up with and we'll help you get back in. Your data on your phone is not affected while you wait.

Tips and purchases

What does a tip unlock?

Nothing: every feature is available without paying. A tip is a one-off thank-you that helps us keep improving myBaby.

How do I restore purchases?

A tip is a one-off payment, so there is nothing to restore on a new phone. If we ever add paid features, they will come with a Restore purchases option in the app, which uses your Apple ID or Google account.

I was charged but didn't see a thank-you

Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google. Check your purchase history with them; if the payment went through, it was received. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or your Google Play order history. We can't refund store payments ourselves, but we're happy to help: email us.

In an emergency

myBaby is not a medical service and we can't give medical advice by email. If you're worried about your health or your baby's, contact your doctor, midwife or health worker. In an emergency, call 112 in Bhutan, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number.
