myBaby

Effective 3 November 2026

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the myBaby app for iPhone and Android, this website and the myBaby server (together, “myBaby”). By using myBaby you agree to them.

1. myBaby is not medical advice

myBaby provides general information and tracking tools only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

  • Always ask your doctor, midwife or other qualified health professional about any question you have regarding pregnancy, your health or your baby's health. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in myBaby.
  • Guidance in the app is based on published sources such as the WHO, AAP and NHS, but it is general, may not suit your situation, and may not reflect the latest advice.
  • Tools such as the kick counter, contraction timer, growth charts, mood check-in and “when to call a doctor” guide cannot detect or rule out a problem. If you are worried, contact a health professional whatever the app shows.
  • The emergency guide is a reminder of standard steps, not training. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Bhutan, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK) immediately.
  • myBaby never calculates medicine doses. Always confirm medicines and doses with a doctor or pharmacist.

2. Who we are

myBaby is provided by WONS, Bhutan (“WONS”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@wons.bt.

3. Who can use myBaby

myBaby is for adults aged 18 or over: expecting parents, parents and caregivers. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have the right to enter the information you add about your baby.

4. Your account

You can use myBaby without an account. If you create one, give a working email address, keep your password secret, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in the app or on this website.

5. Your data

What you log in myBaby belongs to you. If you use an account, you allow us to store, copy and send your data only as needed to back it up and sync it between your devices. How we handle it is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Keep your own backups. We take care of the server, but we cannot promise that data will never be lost, and data that is only on your phone is lost if the phone is lost and you have no backup.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • break the law, or use myBaby to harm anyone;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems beyond what the app offers;
  • disrupt, overload, probe or scan myBaby, or get around its security or rate limits;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
  • send feedback that is abusive or contains other people's personal data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Purchases and tips

All of myBaby's features are currently available without payment. You can choose to leave a tip to support the app. A tip is voluntary, is a one-off payment and does not unlock anything.

Any payment in the app, including tips and any paid features we may offer in future, is made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and is processed by them under their terms. The price you pay is the one shown by the store before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store or your Google Play order history for Google Play.

If we ever introduce paid features or subscriptions, we will show the price and what you get clearly before you buy, and these terms will be updated first. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer law.

8. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded myBaby from Apple's App Store

Your licence to use the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Where these terms and the Standard EULA differ on your licence to use the app, these terms apply as far as the Standard EULA allows. In addition:

  • These terms are between you and WONS, not Apple. WONS, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • WONS, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
  • If anyone claims that the app infringes their intellectual property, WONS, not Apple, is responsible for dealing with that claim.
  • You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded myBaby from Google Play

Your use of Google Play, including payments made through it, is also governed by Google Play's terms of service. Google is not responsible for myBaby.

9. Our content

The app, its design, text, illustrations and sounds belong to WONS or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The names of third-party sources (such as WHO, AAP and NHS) are used to credit them and do not mean they endorse myBaby.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep myBaby running and accurate, but we may change, pause or stop features, guidance or the server. The app keeps working on your phone without the server. If we plan to shut down the server, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using myBaby after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Disclaimer

Apart from what these terms expressly promise, and to the extent the law allows, myBaby is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WONS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of myBaby, or for any decision you make based on information in it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Ending these terms

You can stop using myBaby at any time, and delete your data and account. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 1, 5, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after these terms end.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan, and the courts of Bhutan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and may bring proceedings there. Before going to court, please email us; most problems can be sorted out quickly.
